We all know how difficult it is to get some men to do things like going to the doctor, admitting a mistake or…gasp…read a Self Help book! I know this is a generalization, but just as women are known to be more intuitive, some men just don’t want to admit or show weakness by browsing the self-help section. But the truth is that making those first steps at improving ourselves is a great sign of strength and an improvement in itself.
A wonderful list of the ‘Best Self Help Books For Men’ was compiled by self improvement website Upjourney and my choices along with my book, Toxic Rainbows was included on the truly inspired list.
