Creative Self Expression Saved My Life

I recently retitled my blog to Saved By Self Expression because I believe that our unique creative expression is the answer to many of our perceived problems. Everything I write here is tied to our thinking, molding, influences and whether or not the ideas that we express as our own, actually are our authentic beliefs. Fear and Self Loathing

Fear is the driving force that inspires most things in our lives. Fear is so powerful that it controls almost all the things that we do and the ways in which we think. It’s incredible to imagine that something with so much power to inspire is the kryptonite that cripples us. Fear is the thing that prevents us from knowing our truth.
