The Truth About Gang Theory

These days hatred is expressed much more openly, loudly and without thinking than is love.  Equilibrium then becomes largely unattainable and imbalance is accepted as normal. Even for those who don’t think in such terms or understand the Law of Polarity, they do feel the effects of imbalance and know that something is not right, that this psychic confusion is not normal. And that something is amiss. Imagine swimming with cement shoes and you desperately want to dive over into the deep end and enjoy the cool water there, but you can’t because you’ve committed to those shoes. You know … Continue reading The Truth About Gang Theory

The Truth About Awareness

I think about the word awareness often and it occurred to me that not everyone understands it in the same way. For some it is an ability to discern truth buried amongst falsehoods and misinformation. For others it is something imposed on us by a system that always seems to be telling us about things it thinks we have no clue or opinion about. Unlike grassroots education that can utilize symbolic imagery, awareness is rarely brought about through government or corporate sponsorship and is not about colored ribbons we can pin to our chests or rubber bracelets that tell everyone … Continue reading The Truth About Awareness

The Truth About Hysteria

Hysteria is a manufactured mental disorder that preys on the minds of those easily influenced by suggestion. Disorder and confusion are not by-products of hysteria, but causes of it. Schemes that create insecurity are inoculated into susceptible minds by those who prey on the weak. The planted ideas germinate and the result is a paralysis of dread and fear that prompts those under its spell to respond to life like a sputtering chainsaw. Repetition plays a major role in establishing a foothold of dread and angst in a victim of hysteria. They are battered and attacked at every turn with … Continue reading The Truth About Hysteria

The Truth About Role Play

This morning I went to Youtube and my account was logged out so I was seeing the site as it is presented to anyone going there for the first time. None of my followed channels or interests showed up, just the stuff that they want to impose on whoever goes to the site. No surprise that the hand-picked offerings were pure distraction and vapid uselessness. But among the very mainstream and overhyped timewasters were a number of channels and topics devoted to Role Play. At first I found this odd that it should factor so high up on their programming … Continue reading The Truth About Role Play

Social Media Depression

It’s interestng that a ‘new’ study conducted by psychologists at the University of Pennsylvania determined that use of social media sites like (and particularly) Facebook  causes …wait for it… depression.   No surprise there, but I say this is ‘interesting’ only because studies like this seem to have been coming out for years making these claiims.  I didn’t have to resort to another one to know first hand that social media is a big player in producing self doubt and loneliness, all I ever needed to do was get online and see it for myself. The grasping, the vying for … Continue reading Social Media Depression

Best Self Help Books For Men

We all know how difficult it is to get some men to do things like going to the doctor, admitting a mistake or…gasp…read a Self Help book!  I know this is a generalization, but just as women are known to be more intuitive, some men just don’t want to admit or show weakness by browsing the self-help section.  But the truth is that making those first steps at improving ourselves is a great sign of strength and an improvement in itself. A wonderful list of the ‘Best Self Help Books For Men’ was compiled by self improvement website Upjourney and … Continue reading Best Self Help Books For Men

Intolerance is Hot Right Now

There’s a person I know, someone who I’ve admired for years–creative, passionate about life, engaging, fun, a joy.  But then I realized that nearly every moment she shares on social media has been of outrage and venomous hatred. It’s gone so far that she has even called for the death of people she does not agree with. I’ve made a point of staying away from the mind-controlling echo chamber of thee main culprit of social media conditioning, an entity whose name I won’t mention, but the ferocity and number of people who’ve been effected by the programming seeps through nonetheless. … Continue reading Intolerance is Hot Right Now

Is Halloween the Only Day for Honesty?

Today is Halloween and it occurred to me that it is the one day where people honestly present themselves as something that they are not. Take a second to grasp this.  The rest of the year, we present ourselves how we want other people to perceive us. It’s really a costume party all year long with October 31st as the day designated where we can admit we’re in costume. We style ourselves to speak for us. We dye our hair in ‘progressive’ colors so that it creates a perception. We wear red hats to let people know we are just … Continue reading Is Halloween the Only Day for Honesty?

Toxic Rainbows – Fall 2018 Release

Toxic Rainbows is a book I had no intention of writing, but it came out of necessity.  It wrote itself after a few years of self-reflection and contemplation of how as a society we are to function spiritually in a world where spiritual transformation plateaus with a hollow meme or a proficiency at yoga. I am a Generation X writer with the perspective of having experienced life pre- and post-internet. The remarkable experience for some of us was watching life unfold as a veil of delusion was constructed around us. We have the capacity for second sight because we can … Continue reading Toxic Rainbows – Fall 2018 Release

Tech Devices: Our Self-Imposed Slavery

Modern day slavery exists and our captors care nothing of our race, gender, social or economic background. They are unmoved and non-biased. This is something I think about quite a bit and it doesn’t seem like one day can go by when I feel the screws tightening. Today in came in the form of an article about St. Louis University installing surveillance devices, 2,300 of them, into every dorm room for this coming semester. The devices, are of course marketed as ‘assistance’ tools that answer questions about the campus. Just like everything that is bad for us, we accept it … Continue reading Tech Devices: Our Self-Imposed Slavery
